Vishakha Structrurrls, as principal employer, endeavour to care for health, safety of all personnel and try to ensure minimum degradation of environment by our acts. We remain attached to our commitments and ensure that all who get associated with us follow the laid down guide lines described by us as well as the Government.

The plan outlines basic safety expectations from designers, suppliers, commissioning agent, fabricators and all our consulting engineers.

Vishakha Structurrls is in full compliance with the provisions under all the applicable labour laws, regulations and following Indian Standard (IS) code.

Entire contracting process within Vishakha Structurrls shall be guided by our HSE Policy and Safety Principles as outlined below,

  • Provide and maintain a safe work environment, including work conditions, practices and procedures for all employees and persons who come into contact with Vishakha Structurrls.
  • Develop awareness throughout Vishakha Structurrls by initial and ongoing education, training and supervision of all employees and contractors.
  • Take all practicable steps to eliminate hazards within the workplace through hazard identification, risk assessment, control and monitoring to ensure ongoing effectiveness.
  • Comply with all applicable health and safety statutory requirements as a minimum.
  • Strive to improve occupational health and safety management.
  • Involve all our people in occupational health and safety management through consultation and contribution to identify hazards in workplace, assessing and control risks as well as participating in the review of health and safety performance.
  • Ensure that all incidents are reported, recorded and causes identified and where injury or illness occurs, help our people to achieve full recovery through prompt treatment and injury management.
  • Allocate appropriate resources to meet the commitments of the policy.

Every job shall be assessed for the risk involved and shall be carried out as per authorised procedures/checklist/work permit and using necessary personal protective equipments.

All unsafe incidents and injuries must be reported, investigated and action completed.

Safety considerations shall influence all our business decisions.

Working safely shall be condition of employment.

All leaders shall demonstrate care for people by conducting Safety Observations and propagate safety awareness at every opportunities.
